We use Royal Mail, which typically takes from one working day. However, as with any service there are exceptions and should you not receive your order within the time scales given, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at customerservice@scentsationalperfume.co.uk. We will do our very best to sort the problem out.

We Usually charge £1.95 for Standard Delivery but, as an added benefit to existing customers who come back to shop with us, we will deliver your parcel FREE as long as you spend over £45.00. You can also benefit from our FREE Gift Wrapping service , see the terms and conditions for Gift Wrapping.
Please note - We reserve the right to change, amend or update any information to do with the FREE Delivery offer at our discretion.
If Royal Mail is unable to leave the package due to the customer not being available to take the parcel or sign for a Recorded delivery, a card will be left with collection details from your local sorting office. Should the customer not collect the parcel within 7 days, the parcel will be sent back to us and the customer could be liable for re-delivery costs.
If the customer decides they wish a refund, we will refund the card minus any costs we have incurred. We will inform the customer of this prior to doing the refund.
If you have not received your parcel within 15 days the Royal Mail consider it to be a loss. In this unlikely event of this happening please e-mail customerservice@scentsationalperfume.co.uk and they will issue the you with a loss order form, this must be completed and returned to us before any claim can be pursued by Royal Mail. Once this has been done compensation or re-delivery will be organised.
We apologize for the delay this may take but, unfortunately we are governed by Royal Mail for the time scale with lost parcels.
If you have placed an order then you can't change the address details. If you have made a mistake and realise before you complete the sale, you can edit the details and change it.
If you receive a wrong product, we ask you to send the item back using first class postage. If you choose to use, any other service other than the one listed we will be unable to refund the additional cost of postage made by yourself. If you require a fast exchange due to the incorrect product received. Please re-order the item again online, once we are in receipt of the returned item we will refund the cost of the second order plus delivery costs back onto your card.
In the event that you have ordered the wrong item and you wish to send the item back to us, we will refund your card minus any costs we may have incurred, we will email you regarding this prior to doing the refund As a consumer you are protected by the normal laws of England, in particular The Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 (c.35) and the Consumer Protection Act 1987 (c.43)
We take every precaution to ensure your order will arrive in pristine condition but, sometimes things go wrong and get damaged. If this happens to you please do not hesitate contacting us by email at customerservice@scentsationalperfume.co.uk and we will advise you on sorting the problem out. For damage items being returned please take precautions against additional damage. Upon receipt and inspection (Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim from Royal Mail) your credit card will be credited. Please include your order number, name, address and telephone number.
